We have implemented the British Institute of Learning and Development's (BILD) Quality Mark, and are one of few organisations to have achieved the much coveted GOLD status (see www.thebild.org/qualitymark for more details).

In order to obtain the British Institute Quality Mark, applicant organisations must submit evidence of planning and performance in seven core organisational areas and one specialism.
1. Strategy - The organisation can demonstrate how a strategy for its activities is developed and implemented
2. Key performance results - What the organisation achieves compared to its objectives and the impact it has within its area
3. Management - The organisation can demonstrate how its systems are managed effectively
4. Customer Results - The organisation can demonstrate what it achieves in relation to its users, clients and stakeholders
5. People Management - The organisation can demonstrate how it manages the staffing of its activities
6. People Satisfaction - What the organisation achieves in terms of providing job satisfaction for all staff involved
7. Engagement with learning issues - The organisation can demonstrate a wide perspective on techniques and technologies for learning
