DeltaNet is delighted to announce the launch of the first phase of courses in our Healthy Organisation curriculum. Under a joint arrangement with Dr Rosemary Anderson, DeltaNet is developing a comprehensive curriculum of e-learning courses. The ‘It Can Happen to Anyone’ course has two modules targeted at individuals and was released for commercial sale in February 2010. The first module helps individuals to understand what is stress, how it is caused and how it can affect them. The second module provides a self help guide to building their own personal resilience.
Further modules targeted at line managers will be launched at the end of April. These modules will help managers to understand what they can do, why they should do it and how to proactively identify potential issues and help individuals and teams through these.
Interest in the products is strong; a leading global fuel company is currently piloting the course and plans to roll this out globally before the end of the year along with the Manager’s programme. Further interest is coming from a range of public, private and academic clients. |
