Following the recent success of the online injection-moulding programme to N/SVQ level 2, Polymer Sector Developments Limited have commissioned DeltaNet to develop a further five e-learning modules, each to NVQ level 2 standard.
Funded by the east midland development agency, a new organisation, Polymer Sector Developments Limited (PSDL), has received funding to improve the quality and availability of level 2 training for the polymer sector. This involves setting up several Centres of Vocational Excellence (COVES), and producing interactive online learning materials.
The additional processes to be covered are:
- Polymer Composites
- Sign Making
- Rubber Processing
- Extrusion
- Blow Moulding
This portfolio of learning will cover all of the underpinning knowledge required to attain a level 2 qualification, and through the use of DeltaNet’s online assessment software suite, will lead directly to a qualification.
