You can purchase the Customer Focus course in a number of ways:
If you require less than 300 licences our low volume licensing model is for you. We'll enrol the learners onto the courses at the DeltaNet e-Academy and provide each one with their own username and password. On successful completion of the Customer Focus course each learner is provided with a Certificate. We also provide detailed reports of usage; telling you who has and hasn’t completed the learning.
Costs depend on the number of learners as follows:
