DeltaNet developed an intranet based employee induction programme which takes participants on a journey through the organisation starting from a customer centric view, showing what services are provided, and how.
The programme also covers key policy areas of induction such as pay and benefits, compliance and regulations, communication and employee actions such as health and safety. In a truly blended approach, the final module of the programme includes localised checklists that allow training managers to manage the complete induction process (which lasts six months), and integrate it immediately into the online line elements, which would normally take at least 3 weeks to complete. |
