DeltaNet built a corporate e-induction course that enabled Trafford MBC to reduce the time it took for new staff to become effective and productive staff members.
The modular solution, which included 2 hours of highly interactive e-learning materials, introduces new employees to the organisation, describing how it is structured and who the key people are. It outlines Trafford MBC's values and objectives and describes how the individual can help the organisation to deliver these. The programme also covers the key legislative and policy information areas that new employees need to be aware of.
Following the success of this project we have also been commissioned to build an Equality and Diversity course; a Health and Safety course and an Introduction to the IT systems course. |
