DeltaNet has developed five separate e-learning programmes for the Council, including;
- Corporate Induction
- Equality and Diversity
- Information Security
- Health and Safety
- Customer Focus
The Health and Safety course included more than 20 separate related H&S topics.
The equality and diversity programme focuses on the moral, business and legal reasons for engaging with equality and diversity and measures a change in attitude through scenario based pre and post assessments.
The information security programme has allowed the council to meet its regulatory training obligations well ahead of schedule and has been delivered at a fraction of the cost of using alternative delivery mechanisms. |
