 In 2010 the UK Minister of Justice announced that The Bribery Act will come into force in April 2011. The newly enacted UK Bribery Act constitutes a substantial upgrade to the UK prior laws and is expected to become the most comprehensive and stringent anti-bribery legislation in the world today.
