Creativity is an important part of developing any successful e-learning programme, having the ability to engage with and hold the attention of the learner, ensuring they retain information and are able to apply what they've learnt into the workplace is what differentiates the best from the rest.
Our creative treatments are designed to identify the primary goal of the required training, carefully looking at all the information including, processes, policies and procedures the learner should know.
Then we think about how learner's learn and how they would enjoy being taught the new subject matter while also thinking about what might turn them off and potentially make the project a failure.
Most importantly we look at the instructional design and work backwards from the optimum result and come up with an original concept that will quickly produce results and ensure learner engagement.
With the outline concept developed we then adapt it according to practical issues including time to delivery, budget, available technologies, preferred delivery platform, compliance issues and expected learner ability.
Finally we present our design brief to you for comment and sign off before beginning work. |
