Our development and implementation methodology has been enhanced over time to ensure that you receive the solution you need with minimum risks. Our methodology provides a clear path through the creative, collaborative process of e-learning development. It also provides a supportive structure that has repeatedly delivered bespoke e-learning on time and to budget.
DeltaNet's approach for monitoring, evaluating, and maintaining quality of service to ensure timely and accurate delivery of contracts is a tried and tested method for developing complex bespoke e-learning solutions and includes;
- DeltaNet project managers meet with a representative group of users to scope the user requirements. The results will take the form of a 'design brief' document
- DeltaNet analyses the user requirements, verifies that the requests are feasible, and agrees a scope of work to translate the user requirements into a detailed functional specification/storyboard
- DeltaNet develops the detailed functional specification/storyboard and a risk analysis for the project
- Under the guidance of your project manager the representative group of users and the key stakeholders review and agree timescales for the project
- DeltaNet formulate a 'project plan' for the project
- DeltaNet documents the test criteria (test plan) for acceptance testing
- DeltaNet develops the materials to meet the functional specification and project plan, and tests it against the test plan
- A select group of internal users ‘Alpha’ test the materials for acceptance against the agreed test plan
- A select group of external users ‘Beta’ test the site for acceptance as a controlled pilot
- Final sign off is given and the e-learning content is launched
